Our Names Are Kathy And Sam.  We Are From Norton Canes And Burntwood And Have Worked Together For Over A Year. We Both Self-Employed Carers And Have Over 30 Years Experience Between Us.

We Are Loyal, Trustworthy And Friendly. We Are Both Fully Insured And Have A Full DBS. Both Of Us Have Had Previous Roles In Various Care Settings.  In November 2022 The Care Company We Worked For Was Unfortunately Closing And We Were Approached By One Of Our Managers.  Our Manager Asked If We Would Be Interested In Taking On Our Existing Clients And To Go Self-Employed.  Of Course This Was An Opportunity Not To Be Missed As Many Of Oiur Clients Have Dementia And Are In A Structured Routine.  Clients Families And Relatives Were Also Happy As It Meant Their Loved Ones Routines Wouldn't Be Disrupted.  So That's A Little Bit About How We Started.
